The New Delhi train station is astonishing...I'll take pictures because describing it is not going to do it justice. Lets just say that there were so many people laying on the ground that we could barely walk through and the smog around the station is so bad the sky was a muted-tan color. Katie and I went there to book our trains to Agra for the weekend! Taj Mahal here I come! The whole thing, round trip, cost 856 rupees, or roughly $17 USD, for an air-conditioned cabin with reclining chairs.
The stations in Italy were nice and organized but the trains were bloody expensive! That's the expected difference between the first world and the third world
